Lacto-vegetarian instant soup with broccoli and cauliflower.
Contains cauliflower and broccoli, spinach, wheat flour, corn starch, dry skimmed milk, lactose, milk protein,
vegetable dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals, iodinated salt, rape-seed oil and palm fat, sodium glutamate E621,
curcuma, soya, pepper and parsley. Vitamins C, D, E, B1, B6, B12, folic acid and calcium, magnesium, zinc.
A source of ionized iodine.
The soup takes 5 minutes to cook and tastes very good.
The nourishment value of one portion (35g) is 111 Kcal.
Preparation (2 servings): Put 5/6 ample tablespoons (70g) of Vitality Cauliflower – Broccoli Soup powder in ½ liter
of cold water, stir and boil it. Lightly simmer for 2-3 minutes with the lid half on.
