Information about our customers is an important part of our business. We use information we collect to communicate with you, to process your orders, to provide an enhanced and more personalized interactive shopping experience and to inform you of offers and discounts. We do not share customer information with third parties.
We ship your orders via USPS.  All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you wish to buy insurance, contact us before ordering.
We offer Worldwide shipping, however you are solely responsible for you order and Customs fees. Check you Customs regulations before ordering. 
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on unopened merchandise. The items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.
Please, check your order carefully. If you received wrong item, please, contact us withing 5 days to arrange an exchange. All damaged items must be reported withing 3 days of the delivery date. No exchange on opened items!  All approved exchanges/returns must be shipped withing 10 days after the approval for the exchange/return have been issued unless different dates arranged. Items shipped after the 10-day period will not be accepted for either return or exchange and will be shipped back to you at your cost. We charge 18% restocking fee on merchandise returned without any reason and/or without prior notice.
To return/exchange unopen murchandise, please, email us your order number and the reason for exchange/return. Do not ship  the items back to us until the return/exchange number is emailed to you.
If your order returned as undelivered, you will have to pay the shipping charges again in order to receive your items. If you cancell your undelivered order, no shipping and hangling cost will be refunded, an additional fee will also be charged for an undelivered order that is cancelled ($5 to $15 for US orders, $15 to $35 for Canadian orders, $25 to 50 for other orders).
There will be a $35.00 fee charged for each returned check.
