Caraway essential oil can be added to warm water—a warm bath, for example—or used in a diffuser for stress relief, as well as relief from symptoms of colds, allergies, or nasal congestion. Therapeutically, Caraway Seed Essential Oil can act as an expectorant and is helpful in diffuser blends intended to ease the symptoms of colds or bronchitis.

Relieving skin or scalp problems: Add the oil to your shampoo if you are suffering from an oily scalp or if dandruff or dryness is a complaint. The oil can also help relieve skin problems such as pimples or similar outbreaks. Try adding a few drops of caraway seed essential oil toy your regular skin care product or mixing it with water and applying it to with a q-tip to treat acne.

Directions for use:
Can be used by either smelling them from the bottle or in the air (aroma diffuser), incorporating them into your yoga practice, applying them to the skin, for use in meditation or on your pillow at night. Scenting rooms, massaging (add 3–5 drops to a massage oil), suitable for the Vivasan car-diffuser, baths (add 8–10 drops to some milk and stir into water). Store at room temperature (15–25°C).

External use only. Do not take any essential oils internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin.
