Apply to the ripple points — behind the ears, on the wrists, elbow bends, the fossa at the base of the head, under the knees — as necessary. To increase the aromatherapy effect, when applied to the wrists, you can bring your palms to your nose and take a few deep breaths. The fragrance lasts up to several hours. Essential oils are able to resonate with the highest energy level – the etheric body and, therefore, can affect the body and mind in a powerful way, improve the most serious conditions. When used wisely, essential oils can be a wonderful aid for the body, mind and spirit.

Add 1–2 drops of the mixture directly to the wrist and neck area. Can be used by either smelling them from the bottle or in the air (oil diffuser), incorporating them into your yoga practice, applying them to the skin, for use in meditation or on your pillow at night. Scenting rooms, massaging (add 3–5 drops to a massage oil), suitable for the Vivasan car-diffuser, baths (add 8–10 drops to some milk and stir into water). Store at room temperature (15–25°C).

External use only. Do not take any essential oils internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin.
